With roots that trace back to Hungary and a heart firmly planted in Israel for nearly 30 years, my journey has taken me across continents and through diverse experiences.
I am a Certified Tour Operator as well as an Authorized Travel Agent and together with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management, I have a solid academic background that has given me a thorough understanding of the dynamics of the sector.
My insatiable curiosity has led me to traverse the far corners of the world, experiencing cultures, soaking in diverse landscapes, and connecting with people from all walks of life. These journeys have enriched my understanding of our world and fueled my passion for bridging gaps and forging connections.
My path took an interesting twist when I became deeply involved in the realm of high-tech conferences as Director of Global Operations. As a client of various Destination Management Companies (DMCs) around the globe, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the meticulous orchestration of these events. It was an immersive experience that gave me insights into the intricacies of event planning and execution. However, my journey didn't stop there. I transitioned from being a client to becoming a Director of Sales for a DMC, gaining a unique vantage point from the other side of the table.
This dual perspective has granted me a holistic understanding of the needs, challenges, and aspirations of hotels, DMC, and travel service providers.
The seed for my current endeavor was planted during my time on both sides of the table. I realized that my true calling lies in connecting the right people and helping them thrive. Leveraging my extensive network and understanding of the travel industry, I embarked on a mission to unite travel suppliers worldwide with the vibrant Israeli travel industry. My goal is simple yet powerful: to foster growth, facilitate collaborations, bridge any cultural gap, and bring the world a little closer together.

His vast network includes key leaders from both hotel and land travel services industry, influencers, and potential collaborators. This valuable network is greatly contributing to our success and high level of service.

Szilvia is a dedicated Associate Partner at Destination Chase, with over 15 years of experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) and luxury premium travel, as well as in the hospitality industry.
Szilvia brings a wealth of professional experience to the table, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Her journey in the hospitality and travel industry has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
